This policy explains when refunds apply for digital products purchased from For The Love of Travel.

Digital Products Our products are delivered electronically as downloadable PDF files.

Change of Mind Digital products are not eligible for refunds if you change your mind or purchase the wrong item.

When Refunds Are Available We will provide a refund if: • the file is corrupted or cannot be opened • you accidentally purchased the same product twice • the product was not delivered and we cannot resolve the issue

Consumer Guarantees If a digital product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
